Meet the Alpharetta Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Alpharetta

We’re an independently owned and operated garage door company in Alpharetta, Georgia, and the crew you’ll see at your door is local. Our technicians live in Fulton and Forsyth counties, they know Alpharetta neighborhoods like Windward, Crabapple, and downtown, and they’ve worked on the specific mix of door styles common here, from 1990s Clopay steel doors to modern Amarr carriage-house models. What unites us isn’t a corporate handbook. It’s The Haven Standard: a written price before any work starts, a documented photo record when the job ends, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise on every repair. Meet the people who make that happen.

Our People

Marcus Deller, Owner

Marcus founded Servo Garage Doors Alpharetta in 2015 and still runs the day-to-day operation. He started as a technician in the Atlanta metro garage door trade, worked his way through thousands of spring replacements and opener installs, and built Servo around a simple rule: the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. That rule became the documentation system now known as The Haven Standard. When he’s not in the field or on the phone with a homeowner in Milton, you’ll find him at the shop testing torsion springs that have come back under warranty. He’ll tell you a spring rated for 10,000 cycles sometimes fails at 10,004, and he considers that a good day for the spring.

Daniel R., Lead Technician

Daniel has been with Servo since 2017 and runs most of the complex spring and cable work across Alpharetta and Roswell. He’s factory-trained on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems, and he’s the one who handles logic board diagnostics when a wall console won’t pair or a limit switch keeps tripping. Daniel carries a torque wrench calibrated for the spring sizes common on North Fulton homes, and he photographs every failed part before he touches it, per Clause 4 of The Haven Standard. He’s originally from Savannah and still complains that Alpharetta winters confuse him: cold enough to snap springs, warm enough to make him forget his jacket in the truck.

Priya S., Senior Installer

Priya leads new door installations and full system replacements for Servo customers in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and Cumming. She’s certified on Amarr and Wayne Dalton installation specs, and she’s the person Marcus calls when a homeowner wants a custom window insert or a high-lift track conversion in a garage with 12-foot ceilings. Priya measures twice, quotes once, and walks every customer through the written scope before she unloads a single panel. Before joining Servo, she spent four years doing residential carpentry, which shows in the trim work around her installs. She keeps a photo on her phone of a 16-foot Clopay install in Windward that had to clear a sloped driveway by two inches, and it’s still her favorite job.

Tyler M., Service Coordinator

Tyler is the voice you’ll likely hear when you call Servo Garage Doors Alpharetta at (678) 679-2096. He’s been with the company since 2019 and handles scheduling, emergency dispatch, and the Free Second Opinion process when a customer brings in a competing written estimate. Tyler knows the geography of Alpharetta well enough to tell you whether a technician can reach your street off Old Milton Parkway in 20 minutes or whether a storm on Highway 9 is going to slow things down. He’s the one who sends the on-the-way text with the technician’s name. He’s also the resident expert on opener remotes, which means he spends a fair amount of time explaining to customers that the remote isn’t broken, the battery is just dead.

Chris B., Apprentice Technician

Chris joined Servo in 2023 as an apprentice after two years working in warehouse logistics, and he’s currently training under Daniel on spring work, cable replacement, and opener troubleshooting. He’s already passed his background check and uniformed ride-along certification, and he handles the bulk of the photo documentation on the jobs he shadows. Chris is the one who will hand you a phone with clear pictures of your failed torsion spring and explain exactly what he’s looking at, because Clause 4 says the customer sees the evidence before the quote. He grew up in Alpharetta and went to Alpharetta High School, and he still gets a little too excited when a job takes him to a house on a street he used to bike down as a kid.

One Standard, Every Job

One Standard, Every Job

The five of us work different roles: owner, lead technician, senior installer, coordinator, apprentice. But every job that leaves our truck follows the same sequence. Clause 1: a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts. No “call for a quote,” no surprise line items, no estimating after the fact. Clause 4: a documented photo record of what we found and what we did, delivered to the customer before we pull out of the driveway. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if a repair isn’t right, we make it right. That standard isn’t a slogan we painted on a van. It’s the reason Marcus wrote the terms page in the first place, and it’s the reason every one of us can look a homeowner in the eye and say the price we quoted is the price they’ll pay. That’s how we’ve handled 18,000+ garage doors since 2015, and it’s how the next one in Alpharetta will go too.
